I BELIEVE IN YOU

 What does it mean to believe? According to the Oxford dictionary, It means to think something is true without having proof or physical evidence. This definition negates the entirety of the popular adage “seeing is believing”. Because when you see there would be no need to believe. The main basis of faith in God starts from believing. Its either you believe in him or not. And if you don’t believe In a force, it wont work for you.

 If God wanted us to believe, before we could tap into the supernatural, don’t you think that’s the key or solution to everything we want to see in our world today? We want to see change , progress, order,and excellence but we write people off every day, we condemn people because of their religion, We hate and despise our neighbors because of the crime they committed or simply because they didn’t turn out the way we wanted.

Do we have to praise them and give them gifts for committing a crime? No.

 We have terrorism biting into a large chunk of the young population, because there was no one to give these youths the right education. There was no one to say “I believe in you” sometimes all we need is a sincere sentence as “I believe in you”  Some people have broken off relationships, driven themselves wild and walking as dead men because they stop believing . I saw a clip of soldiers drilling a young guy who would probably be less than 20, allegedly a “Boko Haram member” and you could see that he didn’t even understand the main implications of what he was doing. Young guys who are not privileged to have an education of any kind are used every day as mercenaries in all kind of skims. We need to make our young people see that a lot is expected from them, that we believe in them, that they can be useful and they are needed.

 They stop believing in their dreams and goals. In their spouse, in their children, In God.

Why should I believe ? Some one might ask, why should I think a thing is true apart from what I see? You should because you have the power to create. You bring what you believe to life. A man would forever be loyal to the one who believes in him. That’s why Gods love supersedes  all, because he loved you before you knew him, he dared to believe; you would love him back when he knew him, while still giving you a choice. 

Men and women who have dared to believe have always returned with results. There is a good in every man and he deserves to be believed in, because if God could do so, Why not you?

I say to you, don’t give up on that husband or wife, or sister , or Dream or whatever it may be..
