Healthy Relationships… Healthy CEO’s

You would observe that the more you get successful at tasks and grow your business; it becomes more difficult to be there for everybody and mange all you have to do. A Lot of things might begin to aggregate and issues in your relationships mostly might begin to arise.

This is why you find that very few successful people in various fields have very successful relationships with their spouse and their children, also their extended families.

You definitely have good intentions and you love your spouse so much and your family, but then you have another first love that is competing with these people; your business, your dreams and visions.
We must accept that people make us whole and we would be incomplete without them. Managing your time to meet your relationship needs is as important as planning for that meeting that would ensure a million-dollar deal.

You must first, set time aside to manage your time. Nobody can do this for you. Your secretary could look through it and make it better but not plan your dates, its juggles it up for you even more. You have a fresh month or week ahead , decide on the times you would dedicate to your relationships so that they don’t feel unimportant , so you also don’t start saying things like; “they don’t get me”, or “they don’t realize what I face”, that might be because you are not sharing.

Write out the days for dates and outings together and build other things like your meeting or schedules around them or it could be vice-versa.

Happy relationships will always fill you with inspiration, and drive to fulfill your dreams. Don’t ignore it as you go on to achieve that impactful vision of yours.

Yeah, sometimes it becomes really difficult to carry all along, but communication is very important and not taking any one for granted will help greatly in any relationship
