21st Century Employee model strategies that work for growth in the big business


-The Empowered Employee:  the empowered employee is allowed to make decisions that pertains to his/her field work, rather than be controlled by a boss.

An idea of allowing the employee to take responsibility for her endeavors,
this increased performance would generally move the company forward. the employees feels like he/she is part of business , more like part of the controller this does not give the boss less power but would rather incite initiatives and forward thinking.



-Better Skilled Employee: This has been on like forever now, Employees that might have more experience than the boss or better skill or value for more money, this is said to increase revenue. Individuals like this are said to take the bull by the horn and leave you turning to other side projects.
